WHAT WE DO

Our Services

We focus exclusively on residential fire sprinkler systems. No commercial work, no fire alarms, no extinguishers — just sprinklers, done right.

New Construction Installation

Built right from the start

The most cost-effective time to install a fire sprinkler system is during new construction. We work directly with builders, GCs, and homeowners to integrate the system seamlessly into your build schedule.

We coordinate directly with your plumber and framing crew to keep the schedule clean.
WHO THIS IS FOR

General contractors, custom home builders, homeowners building new

WHAT'S INCLUDED
System design and hydraulic calculations
Permit drawings and AHJ submittal package
Rough-in during framing — minimal disruption to other trades
Final trim-out with your choice of concealed or standard heads
Final inspection and system commissioning
Full documentation package for your records

Retrofit Installation

Protecting the home you already love

Adding sprinklers to an existing home is more complex than new construction — but we've done enough of them to do it efficiently. We minimize wall openings, work with your existing layout, and leave the place cleaner than we found it.

Rural homes on well systems may require a storage tank. We assess this during the free estimate.
WHO THIS IS FOR

Homeowners, landlords, real estate investors, insurance-driven upgrades

WHAT'S INCLUDED
Site visit and system design specific to your home
Hydraulic analysis of existing water supply
Minimally invasive installation — we think before we cut
CPVC piping routed through walls and ceilings
